Custom-Made Items & Client-Caused Damage All cabinetry, renovations, and custom products are made to order and are non-returnable except where required under the Australian Consumer Law. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for: Change of mind Client-caused damage, misuse, or neglect Damage occurring after installation or handover Failure to follow care or maintenance instructions Returns, repairs, or refunds will only be provided where a product or service: Is faulty due to manufacturing or workmanship, Does not match the agreed design or description, or Fails to meet a statutory guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law. We reserve the right to inspect and assess all claimed faults before determining an appropriate remedy.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on custom-made or installed products and services. If you wish to make changes after design approval, additional costs may apply depending on the stage of production or installation.
