Returns & Workmanship Policy

At our business, we provide custom-designed domestic and commercial renovation services within Western Australia. Each project is designed and installed to suit individual client requirements.

1. Custom-Made & Non-Returnable Items

Because our cabinetry and renovation work are custom-made to your specifications, we are generally unable to accept returns or provide refunds once:

• Design approval has been given,
• Manufacturing or ordering of materials has commenced, or
• Installation has started.

Custom-Made Items & Client-Caused Damage All cabinetry, renovations, and custom products are made to order and are non-returnable except where required under the Australian Consumer Law. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for: Change of mind Client-caused damage, misuse, or neglect Damage occurring after installation or handover Failure to follow care or maintenance instructions Returns, repairs, or refunds will only be provided where a product or service: Is faulty due to manufacturing or workmanship, Does not match the agreed design or description, or Fails to meet a statutory guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law. We reserve the right to inspect and assess all claimed faults before determining an appropriate remedy.

2. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on custom-made or installed products and services. If you wish to make changes after design approval, additional costs may apply depending on the stage of production or installation.

3. Deposits & Cancellations

To secure your booking, a The deposit is non-refundable to the extent of costs already incurred. is required before design or material procurement begins. If you decide to cancel your project after work has started or materials have been ordered:

• Any paid deposit will be retained to cover design, labour, and material costs already incurred.
• If additional costs have been incurred beyond the deposit amount, you may be invoiced for those costs.

4. Faulty Products or Workmanship Issues

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are fully protected. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if:

• The product is faulty or defective,
• that if the client chooses to omit certain parts of the estimate, then they’re responsible for any consequences of that decision. Any elements excluded from the final agreed scope, as per the estimate, are the client’s responsibility, and we will not be liable for those omitted parts.
• The work does not match the description or agreed design, or
• Any statutory guarantee under the ACL is not met.

If you believe your product or installation is defective, please contact us within a reasonable time so we can inspect and resolve the issue promptly.
